1. Turn on ACER LIQUID Z4 (DUO) / Z160

2. Pastikan kondisi battery terisi/charge dalam keadaan full
3. Sebaiknya anda memBackUp semua data
4. Arahkan ke m enu: Setting > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone
5. Pilih Erase everything untuk melanjutkan dan konfirmasi bahwa anda telah siap untuk melakukan format ACER LIQUID Z4 (DUO) / Z160
6. ACER LIQUID Z4 (DUO) / Z160 akan melanjutkan proses hard reset sampai handheld siap untuk digunakan lagi dalam mode factory default.

Recomended metode untuk kasus diatas adalah pada langkah dibawah ini

Metode II. Hard Reset ACER LIQUID Z4 (DUO) / ACER Z160 menggunakan Hardware Key Button:.

1. Handheld harus dalam keadaan Turn Off
2. Pastikan battery terisi / charge maksimal
3. Sebisa mungkin back up semua data


4. Tekan dan tahan Tombol Power + Volume Down secara bersamaan sampai handheld bergetar dan menampilkan menu pada LCD

   

   Hard Reset Acer liquid Z4 (DUO) atau Z160
5. Selanjutnya Lepaskan Tombol Volume Down, dan tekan Tombol Volume Up sampai melihat menu baru
6. Pilihlah Recovery Mode menu. Arahkan dengan tombol Volume Up dan Tekan Volume Down untuk pilihan OK atau eksekusi menu
7. Tunggu sampai Android logo Muncul, dan tekan tombol Power Button
8. Pilih Wipe data/factory reset menu. Arahkan dengan tombol Volume Down dan tekan tombol Volume Up untuk pilihan OK

9. Sekarang pilihlah "yes" menggunakan tombol volume down dan eksekusilah menggunakan tombol power.
