LENOVO K3 NOTE  is the smartphone released on March, 2015. with 5,5 Inchi wide IPS capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors, work on Android OS, v5.0 (Lollipop) and supported with chipset Mediatek MT6752, Proce ssor Octa-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53, combined with 2 GB of RAM, 13 MP on primary camera and 5 MP on secondary camera.

What you need to root Lenovo K3 Note?

1. First, you need to download Lenovo USB tools, Here
2. Second, download SP Flash Tool, Here
3. Third, you must download recovery images (scatter file.txt) for :
• TWRP recovery image Here
• CWM Recovery image Here
• Stock Recovery image Here

Preparation to Root and install CWM / TWRP / Stock Recovery.

Before you continue perform root and install CWM / TWRP / Stock Recovery on your < b>Lenovo K3 Note, please note ; 

1. Always backup your file and data stored on phone internal memory, we dont take any responsibility  for lost data. you can read this guide to backup your data :
• Backup on rooted Android smartphone
• Backup for non-rooted Android phone
• Backup data on Android using Google backup
2. You must enable USB Debugging on your Lenovo K3 Note. see this guide how to enable USB Debugging on android device.
3. Make sure you have at least 85 % of battery capacity to running this guide on your Lenovo K3 Note.
4. Please enable < b>Unknown source on your Lenovo K3 Note device.

Guide to Root and install CWM / TWRP / Stock Recovery.

Now we start to root and install CWM / TWRP / Stock Recovery on your Lenovo K3 Note. read and follow this guide carefully.

1. Extract the Lenovo USB Driver and install this software on your computer.
2. Then, Extract the Flash_Tools file and specify folder to save this file
3. When extract flash tool is completed, now open flash_tool.exe 
4. You must run it as an administrator. to do this, just right click on flash tool.exe then select Run as an adminsitrator.
5. Also Extract Recovery_Lemon_K3_Note_Techolaty.Net.rar in the same folder.
6. Then remove your back case, battery, sim card and SD Card  if installed
7. Next, Connect your Lenovo K3 NOTE to Computer, while holding the power button and volume up. The PC will detect the new hardware, just ignore it. 
8. Then, release USB data cable from the PC.
9. Open SP flash tool software and click scatter load. find Lenovo K3 NOTE scatter storage location earlier. (MT6752_Android_scatter.txt)


10. In the Scatter Loading field go to the folder where you extracted the Flash Tool and select target_bin

11. Then you click options ->Download -> then check DA DL all with checksum.

12. On download tab, ensure you have selected download only option from dropdown menu, see below picture.

13. Then, click download button on top right and connect your Lenovo K3 NOTE with USB cable in phone switch off position.

14. Process will run automatic, and you can see the red stripe showing download percentage at bellow
15. When your process complete, you can see a green circle with tick mark.

16. Now disconnect your Lenovo K3 NOTE
17. Intall you battery again. 
18. Then, start your Lenovo K3 NOTE. (remember, on the first booting it will take a long time to start)

Root Lenovo K3 Note.

To perform root on Lenovo K3 Note, you must have CWM recovery installed on Android system. then you must download UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip (here). When its done, now follow this guide to root your device.

1. First, copy the UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip fil e in your SD card root folder
2. Then, Enter/Reboot to recovery mode on your Lenovo K3 NOTE device. How to do this :
• Switch off your phone
• Then, Press and hold the Volume Down Button  + Volume Up Button + Power Button.
• When you see the Boot Screen, Release the Power Button only.
• keep the Volume Buttons pressed until you see the Recovery Screen.
3. Then, Select the UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip file and click update to root lenovo k3 note
4. Wait the process untill finish.
5. Now, You can confirm your device is rooted or not by downloading the Root Checker app from Google Playstore.
6. Finish.
